It's beginning to look a lot like Summer

Here's what we've been doing this week.

Playing in the dirt! It's finally warm enough to play on our deck.

...because we sold our giant eggplant sectional. We loved it but couldn't fit the whole thing in our condo :(

...which I purchased as part of my Let's Play Music teacher materials. I will certify next month and add a few Let's Play Music classes to my studio load.

And lastly, we have been enjoying our precious Baby Cate. She is so smart and so hilarious. She impressed some employees at the mall today by signing "more food please!" She knows more than 10 signs and can kind of mimic spoken words. Today, for example, we were walking up the stairs, and I said, "Can you say ssssstairs?" and emphasized the s. She repeated, "Sssssa!" and was clearly very proud of herself. So cute! Also, she is a champion sleeper these days, which is something we have prayed for her entire life...maybe those snuggle buddies have been keeping her company.

PS We moved to Park City!

Here are wildly unorganized photos we've taken on our iPhones since moving to Park City in January! I tried to only pick never-before-seen pictures instead of reposting Instagram or Facebook pics.

Quick update before the photo overhaul- We love it here! We are staying busy and have even had a vacation to Florida since we've been back. Chris is working a ton for Best Buy at home and is involved in training call center employees in Magna from time to time. He is also working with the Evanston Civic Orchestra every week and is a music sub for Park City School District! On top of that, he is singing with the Salt Lake Choral Artists Men's Choir and is our ward AND stake choir director! Sheesh! I have a growing piano studio and am so happy to be teaching. Spread the word- I need students to fill Thursday afternoons (and a few other slots)! :) I'm also the Primary pianist and have gotten several gigs accompanying since we've been here. I help Cate spend each day reading her favorite books (all Sandra Boynton, all Dr. Seuss, and her kids' church books), coloring, making a hundred sticker pages, singing, dancing, playing her piano and mine, trying to keep her socks and headbands on, facetiming relatives, playing with toys, taking walks around the neighborhood, playing barefoot in the sandbox, exploring the park, riding in grocery carts, playing in the tub til she's pruney, and, I'm thrilled to report, FINALLY SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT.
